To get admission in IIM, you need to appear for CAT entrance exam and score a high percentile (95-99) after that you will get a call from different IIMs depending on the cut-off. After that, you will have to go through GD-PI for the final selection.

Only in part time MBA program, you can get admission without any entrance exam. But, the eligibility criteria for part-time MBA is you must have 3 years of job experience else in full time or maritime MBA you need to have CMAT scores.

You can pursue MCA after BCA. MCA is a good course and will fetch you good job opportunities.

Yes, you can appear for the NCHMCT exam as the minimum qualification for the NCHMCT is class 12th passed or equivalent examination in any stream with English as one of the subjects.
