As the eligibility for B.Arch is class 12th in any stream with mathematics and minimum 50% marks in aggregate or 3 years Diploma in any engineering stream with minimum 50% marks + for some institutes, you need to qualify in architecture aptitude test (NATA/ AIEEE/ SET).

Do you have a work experience? If not, NYIT and Thompson River University will be good options but without WE, doing MBA will not be an intelligent choice to make. Why do you wish to study in Canada? What are your goals? Please clarify more about your profile and goals so that a right guidance can be provided to you.

I would suggest you to join TIME from April as the AIMCAT will commence from May. A preparation of around 6 to 8 months minimum is a prerequisite.
