1. Since you are a B.COM graduate, you can directly enter C.A profession at the second level.
2. If you wish to pursue the law degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.
3. CA is a self study program and taking LLB simultaneously is allowed.
