There are two cases in one case if you want to do short term course then there is no minimum qualification required, on the other side for long term course require to have +3(Graduation) as minimum qualification.
Note:- For most of the courses you must be a +2 Student or passed the +2 course.

Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
However you may look for some of the below mentioned institutes.
- IIPM.
- IILM.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
