As per your query, I would suggest you to work for 4-5 years gain relevant work experience and then opt for further studies from universities abroad.
The advantage of this step would be that:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in computers fields, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.
With 15 years of education UK, Australia and New Zealand would be the best option for you.
You may consider pursuing MBA, for universities in the countries mentioned above, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in these countries, you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

1. You can go ahead with the Bank Probationary Officer Exams. The eligibility criteria is graduation from recognized university and your age should be between 21-30 years.
