If you are lucky try in Nitte University, Mangalore OR Manipal University, Udupi OR SIMC, Pune OR Jamia. These are good. But check out the fees because some of them are unnecessarily expensive.

MS aerospace engineering is a good choice. The procedure is same like all other colleges in singapore for GIST. All you need is your academic document of UG to apply. The course fee is around 18 lacs and living expense is around 700 SGD/ month for students.
