Deep, I don't see very good colleges for civil in Rajkot. After All the IIT's you may find BITS,pilani, Lovely Professional University, Punjab, SRM university Chennai campus etc as very good options. You can find some very good scholarship schemes at LPU and BITS depending on your merit and performance in their entrance tests. I believe sticking with rajkot would not serve you as good as you expect from a civil engineering degree.

Both the countries are pretty good in terms of jobs in IT. To hunt a job in France you need to have French of at least B1 level proficiency, and if you hold a French degree, it will be easy for you to learn their language during your studies. And, if you have relevant skills, you can make your life here. Whereas, for Ireland, you don't need to learn any extra language, as English is the working language in Ireland. Moreover Ireland is the hub of IT, especially Dublin. Many big companies like Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Dell etc. Housed in Ireland. But, salaries are not that high in Ireland compare to France especially in Paris

If you are a +2 student go for B.A. in your favorite subject. And prepare for IAS in the mean time. If you are already a graduate and/or not interested in IAS then you must go for a MBA course. Few good places to study are IIM's, Lovely Professional University, Symbiosis institute. etc. Don,t worry you sure have a bright future ahead if you are a motivated and hardworking student. Best of Luck !

Hi Rakesh,
University of Stuttgart, TU Darmstadt, Munich University of Applied Science, FH Aachen, TU Braunswick and Bremen University of Applied Science are some of the best. You may refer to QS World Rankings for more options. Scholarships are quite competitive in Germany though all universities have financial aid. You must have excellent grades to be considered for scholarships.
