There are several specialized certification courses available in different fields but job prospects are not very good.

But you must not worry there are various schemes of Government of India and universities abroad to support your degree financially. Find a college you want to go, apply with all your details and then obtain all the details related to financial assistance.
If you are meritorious and will obtain a good colleges many NGO's would also help to take your education forward. . Anyhow if you don't get a scholarship or good college then you must take admission in Indian Universities providing Twinning programs. where one half of degree is obtained from Indian university and other from Partner
