Not much can be relied on the score you have got in your JEE but you can obtain a high scholarship based on your 12th score. Log in to sites like BITs, JNTU, LPU etc to check academic schemes.

You can try out the cut off in some of the colleges like Institute of Hotel Management Kurukshetra, Institute of Hotel Management Lucknow, Lovely Professional University. Check the cut off of last year and you will be able to judge this year's cut off.

Your score does not support an NIT but you can still try to check their sites to see the cut off.You are liable for a scholarship on the basis of your 12th marks also.So it would be better to check some colleges like RV, LPU, BITs etc for good results.
