You should join engineering in computer science as this will give you the insights of computing sciences. Along with this you can go for for some short duration courses or seminars or workshops on ethical hacking. Also take into consideration the university you are going to study in. Select one which emphasizes on practical knowledge as well as gives you a number of opportunities and platforms to grow.

to get admission in any college you have to give entrance exam it is not possible to get admission in iits or nits therefore go for private college

If you are so much interested in chemistry then go for B.Tech in chemical engineering. It has a good future and demanding subject these days. There are good colleges providing chemical engineering.
