While you are interested in both these subjects right now, it more depends on what kind of career are you looking for. With B.Sc, you may choose M.Sc later or either go for mba.
With eco you can go for m.a /IES or mba. Education and research both are open for you with these subjects. so make a wise choice as per your skills and personality.

Hello Arpan, most of the private colleges have criteria of 50% for admission and you can get a reputed engineering college easily by cracking their respective entrance exam with good marks. Choose a university you feel suitable for you and you can apply for it.

Check with the Singapore Medical Council. International graduates are allowed for further study only after recognition and evaluation of the degree earned in India. Here some links you may check:

Similarly, in Malaysia, check with their council. You may have to give the GRE.
