From past experiences the students who are from villages;low class families etc. work very hard for IAS prep .I also support.
But the main problem where they get stuck is they don't know English fluently
And the csat paper is in English.
Aspirants from cities only cannot understand that high level English so they keep dictionary and will read The Hindu newspaper to cope up with that high language.
I'm not discouraging u that u are from village but u must see that u are fluent in English .If u have confidence that yes I'm fluent in English then its ok
otherwise I suggest u to come to cities and take coaching for upsc.
Prep for upsc is only a big task and influence in English will be a big burden on u again.
Once read The Hindu newspaper editorial section and if u understand that language then u can continue prep from ur village only.
Read Hindu newspaper daily.

Getting in government colleges with this score would be little difficult as their cut-off is little high.There are some premier private institutions that are doing equally good as them .They along with assured placements provides a stage where one can implement technical skills in his projects and research. I can undestand why you are looking for scholarship in MBA. The B Schools in India are increasing becoming out of reach for common man. Some of the top B-Schools are charging as much as Rs 15 Lakh for the MBA course which of course is not a small amount. Not every MBA aspirants can afford to pay such a huge amount therefore it is natural if one thinks about scholarship or education loan in India to ease the pressure off the parents.
To be precise yes there are scholarships for MBA aspirants in India. They depend on colleges. The requirements of the scholarship varies from B-School to B-School. Sometimes the eligibility changes after every single year.
