From past experiences the students who are from villages;low class families etc. work very hard for IAS prep .I also support.
But the main problem where they get stuck is they don't know English fluently
And the csat paper is in English.
Aspirants from cities only cannot understand that high level English so they keep dictionary and will read The Hindu newspaper to cope up with that high language.
I'm not discouraging u that u are from village but u must see that u are fluent in English .If u have confidence that yes I'm fluent in English then its ok
otherwise I suggest u to come to cities and take coaching for upsc.

If u are not placed the i recomand to to msc this will open more and more doors for u in the future. Or if you want then u may also apply for Mba courses todays there are lots of scope in these type of courses. After all of that firstly think what you wanted to do where is your intrest. if you have think abou anything then do that dont think or listen to anyone.

Indus Business Academy, Greater Noida is one the good college. It standa at no. 5 in whole delhi NCR region. It has tuition fees of 5.5 lacs and hostel facility also with extra fees for that. Overall fees including hoatel, mess and tuition fees is 7.5 lacs.

I can undestand why you are looking for scholarship in MBA. The B Schools in India are increasing becoming out of reach for common man. Some of the top B-Schools are charging as much as Rs 15 Lakh for the MBA course which of course is not a small amount.
