It is possible. Just apply for some college aboard online. But it is good to study in our own country till 12th standard. But after complete class 10th, you don't have that much of maturity to decide about your future or career and studies in a foreign country is very difficult. There is a tremendous scope after class 12th for your Bachelor's and Master's degree aboard.

Documents are almost same.
You need your educational qualification transcript (mark sheet and certificates alone won't do) and you need to write a proposal why you want to pursue the course
along with this, you need the recommendation letter from at least 2 of your past academic teachers who have taught you and they should be able to give the testimony about you . You also need to meet the minimum criteria including IELTS and or TOEFL score

2. Don't count on last lectures attendance which will boost your attendance from 73% to 75%, lectures gets cancelled and you won't be able to cross that 75%.

Here are a few tips to wisely select the right branch of engineering :
The big dilemma: Branch or College? My take: both are important, branch, as well as the college and you, have to be really fortunate to be the one to get both, Stick to your interest and Look beyond four years. First, you join good institute near you like TIME, IMS, Career Launcher, etc. So that you get a better idea of how to solve Questions Papers, Basics, Tricks, etc.
But just joining an institute is not okay.
You have to work hard, keep practising maths problems, logical reasoning, English grammar and all.
As you said, you are in the 2nd year so first, you have to focus on your graduation that is also important, start preparing for CAT in last year or I would advise you to after B.gain 1-2 years of work experience after B.Tech and then go for MBA as it would be better for your admission and placements.
Best of luck.

Always fill the CRL rank.
Admission committee doesn't need category rank they only need general rank and your category details. If the application form has a separate column for category rank, then you may fill it.
