Your percentage is very low so it may be difficult to get admission in B.Com in any reputed colleges you have 2 options chose a suburban college or opt for an evening college like Sathe College which had a cut-off of 80 percent, NM more than 90, etc.

MBA programs in New Zealand require around 3 - 5 years of work experience. I don't think you are eligible right now. However, universities in New Zealand have PG Diploma programs commonly known as PGDipBus for freshers and aspiring managers, a few still require 1-2 years of experience.

Yes, The B.Ed degrees mandatory for teaching in higher primary schools and high schools. So, if you want to choose teaching course B.Ed is compulsory.

Best career option for student with computer science is to B.Tech CSE or B.Tech IT because these degrees are the most accepted graduation degrees to become a software engineer. Students with Computer Science in 12th board has a relatively advantage over non CS students during initial 2 to 3 semesters of B.Tech CS and B.Tech IT.

I would prefer you opt for NSHM as this college is far better then iLEAD as in NSHM the faculty and study curriculum is too good as compared, but you can go and visit both the campuses and see all the things that you want to get and then choose wisely.

Both are good.
PGDM is an institute autonomous program which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a program which is affiliated to a university.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will also offer PGDM, not MBA. For example, XYZ College is affiliated to ABC University they offer MBA course affiliated to that university, the same college is offering AICTE approved course it means they are offering PGDM which is not linked to ABC University.
Typically, if any PGDM is to be equivalent to MBA then the course duration should be 2 years, a 1-year PGDM will not be equal to MBA course.
Even IIMs and XLRIs don't offer MBA degrees they only give PGP
