Hello Uttam Pathak,
The answer will depend on the kind of job you want to do. Though there are many options like CA, CPA etc you must first know your own interests. You can take the Staff Selection Commission test (SSC) and be eligible for Grades C and D government jobs like Data Entry Operator, Lower Division Clerk, Railway clerks and constables etc.

You can do MS in Germany. For that, your overall grades in engineering should be good. To study in Germany, you have to learn German as the maximum courses are in German. There are levels of German language A1 to C2 (highest). You have to qualify a certain level to study there.
Get in touch with study abroad counsellors for better guidance. Do your research about what are the requirements to study in Germany.
Good luck.

There is a very wide and good scope of IC Engineering because it is also an evergreen field of engineering. Nowadays, production of machinery and instruments are increasing day by day. Thus increasing the production of machinery and instruments will also lead to increasing its instrumentation and control. So, there is a good scope of IC Engineering in upcoming years. And another advantage is that the seats for IC Engineering course are less as compared to another engineering courses. So, competition will also be less.
Best of luck.
