Hi Shrishti,
Good to know that you are very clear about your goals at this early age, but it is too early to prepare for IAS, as you can only appear for IAS after completing your graduation, so right now you should concentrate on your studies, develop your interpersonal skills, like langauge communication etc., develop reading habit. Also ponder on what are your likings and interests this all will help you in grooming your personality and will give your career a right direction. You can take up both. by that we mean an MBA in Health Care Management which would cover both the aspects. Countries like UK are best for an MBA in Health Care Management. There are ample universities which offer the courses in health care. Check www.findamasters.com for courses in UK Universities related to Health Care

Generally a diploma in engineering pursued after +2 is completed in 2 years. While B.Tech minimum takes 3 years to get completed (when pursued after diploma). At post-gradute level M.Tech is of two years. And there is one another engineering course that gets completed in 2 years i.e. Two year Trainee Marine Engineering Course.
You can mark my answer as best if you think it is.

Hi Vaibhav,
As far as further Education through Mumbai University is concerned, it would depend on the course you choose and the admission criteria of that particular course. However, for any Service Commission Examination, the person needs to have a Graduation degree from a UGC recognized University, so if EIILM is UGC recognized or the graduation degree you are getting is UGC recognized then probably you will be eligible to sit for MPSC Examination.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
