Technically Yes. It is possible. (1)You should be in all your papers / exams (till today), (2) Your new college should offer you admission (they may ask you fee or fee plus donation) and (3) current college should issue a NOC (for issuing NOC current college may charge you full four year fees or fees plus donation). So technically it is possible but financilly it may be very expensive.
