You may do a Degree program in Animation, if you are not already graduate.or even a skill oriented program.Animation calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, creativity to technical prowess.
Ensure that you yourself are suitable for Animation Career. Animation requires creativity and passion. It is exciting and rewarding, but equally demanding . If you have no job while in college, it means that either your college did not have campus placement drive or you could not clear. If it is second case, it also means you require to prepare your quant, apti and logical reasoning besides technical knowledge of data structure, networking, C++ and operating system. Once you have done that, go to a city like Pune, Gurgaon or Bangalore, arrange your stay for few months and attend the walk-in interviews in each weekends, as these are the regular affair there.

Communication skill comes with continuous practice/ it will take some time. .For better communication skill you must have confidence which comes with continuous experience. .
Just speaking good English doesn't mean you have good communication skill. .
It means Giving correct answer at correct time with balanced words. .
Either in English or Hindi.
So choose a course of your interest like if you wanna go in teaching or research sector then do M tech and if you wanna go in corporate sector then do MBA. .
