Germany and Poland are some good options. GMAT for your information is not an English proficiency test. However you can take GRE instead of GMAT for MBA admissions. Besides IELTS or TOEFL you can take PTE, CPE etc but check university websites for accepted English language tests. Requirements differ with universities so make it a point to check the university websites. Hope it helped.

Engineering Graduation in USA and Australia will cost you almost similar money. There may be minor differences only. It is suggested that you may prefer USA over Australia as USA universityies have better ranking on CSE .

If you study in USA you will be eligible for practical training visa in the field of your specialisation. You can work maximum for 18 months under this scheme.
