The best college is the one that not only provides the best education but also provides a better way to communicate with the Seniors, Alumni, faculty members and with the fellow students. I am very happy to pursue my education in UPES because in here we not only get the chance to meet with the best students who has not only thought but also has created the history. BBA here is very good as I am form the IT School where we get lots of opportunities and lots of facilities and same goes with the BBA department which is called the School of business here at our university. The best thing about the college UPES are:

Hey Abhishek, hope you doing well buddy. Talking about the attitude of seniors towards juniors, you don't have to worry about that as everyone is friendly and there is no thing like junior senior. We believe that we all are learners but on different levels so we all are brothers. Whenever you feel like you need help regarding anything you can get back to any senior and for sure they'll help you. Even I was afraid while taking admission as I got the same thought that what if I face ragging, what if seniors bully me around, what if they are not at all supportive but when I was there for my first day in university everything seemed to be opposite of what I thought, so you will be welcomed with a warm feeling.
Secondly talking about my branch I'm a mechanical guy.
Answer to your third question. Placement is good and yes CS gets the highest placement amount all the branches you are interested into. There are big MNC's which come for campus placement and on the other hand we have placement cell too. Placement cell helps to grow you for you placement interviews, GD's and PI's. They set up mock interviews and help you throughout.
