IO would suggest you opt for Thiagarajar College of Engineering as this college is better than SSN in every respect that is in terms of placements, infra and also the faculty is far better than SSN.

ITI unfortunately is not considered as equivalent to 12th. You will have to seek admission in 11th if you want to do graduation. There is no other choice.
