ITI unfortunately is not considered as equivalent to 12th. You will have to seek admission in 11th if you want to do graduation. There is no other choice.

You need to pursue B.Arch course to be an Architect. Firstly, complete your class 12th, register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect.
