MH CET/MHT CET 2018 is conducted by DTE Maharashtra to admit candidates to B. Tech/B.E or B. Pharm courses. The exam consists of MCQ type questions to be attempted within 90 minutes. Given below is the detailed table of the exam pattern followed for MH CET 2018/MHT CET 2018.

Time allotted-No specific section-wise time is allotted. A total time of 90 minutes for the entire paper.
Exam Syllabus
The syllabus for MH CET 2018 exam is largely based on the syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics of class XI and XII. While for MBA exam it would be based on the general aptitude similar in lines to the CAT exam.
For MCA exam, it would be based on the graduation level (BCA) curriculum of computer concepts and the second section would be based on general awareness and aptitude.
The syllabus for MH CET Law 2018 would be based on legal aptitude, general awareness, reasoning and GK/Current affairs. Candidates are required to cover these topics based on the analysis of previous year papers.

EEE: Students can handle various professional assignments as Software Developers, Junior Engineer, Embedded Engineers and Power System Engineers in electrical, electronics and IT industry in government, semi-government and private sector.
Bio and food: Students can attain technical positions as Production Engineers, Quality Control Analyst in food and chemical industry.
Automobile: Students can work as project engineer, production engineer, designer and supervisor in various automobile manufacturing companies like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hyundai and Ford as well as can join government sector by qualifying competitive exams other than agriculture, aerospace, electronics, chemical, genetics, etc.

The course is beneficial to trains professionals with different backgrounds, and equips them with knowledge and skills for the control of environmental pollution and the industrial safety and hygiene, which they can apply to their own fields.
After having passed the course they can promote awareness of health issues to individuals and the community and looks at ways of dealing with health issues and encouraging healthy lifestyles.
They can also work with people who have been socially excluded or who are experiencing crisis.
After the course candidates can find jobs in govt. or private sector or in universities/colleges; for permanent lecturer they will have to clear UGC-NET exam. Moreover, the scope of the course is a lot in abroad too.
