Please remember eligibility criteria for scholarships differs from university to university and from course to course.
However it is good to have GRE score of 320 plus and TOEFL score of 100 plus to be competitive.

While a cost and works accountant (ICWA) is trained by The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), a separate statutory body, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), churns out company secretaries (CS).
