As your a Commerce Graduate I can suggest you to do Certified Management Accountant [CMA] from Institute of Management Accountant [IMA - USA]. This certification is equal to ICWAI, already MoU has been signed.
In CMA you have only 2 papers alone to be cleared, both are Financial papers and little of Accountancy. Exams are Computer based. 75% of questions will be objective type. Pass out ratio is high.
This certification is valid through out the World.
