There are a few Universities only in India, which are offering BCA lateral entry schemes like:
Annamalai University,
Lovely Professional Yniversity,
Tamil Nadu Open University
University of Madras, Directorate for Distance Education
Dr. C.V. Raman University.
To pursue BCA through lateral entry, the minimum requirement is to have a 3 year diploma with about 50% as the aggregate.
Post the completion of your BCA through lateral entry,as per your interest intent you can opt for MBA in IT from a good institute.

As you are doing MBA in Marketing and advertising is a part of marketing itself, it also opens doors of advertising companies for you. So, I dont feel that there is any need of doing advertising course. However, enhancing your education is always a good option. You can opt for Certificate, Diploma or a Pg Diploma program to get an edge.
