Hi Ayesha,
Although, IIMs don't provide Correspondence courses but few of the IIMs do provide distance learning/ online programs which are conducted through the satellite broadband medium. However, these are the short term certificate programs specially chalked out for Working Executives. The IIMs which are conducting these programs are: IIM-Kozikode, IIM-Bangalore & IIM-Calcutta. You can also check with XLRI.

First of all i must let you know that you have exceptionally good scores specifically your class 12th and SAT. I shall answer your queries in points:
1) Your 10th percentage is NOT low. It would not at all create a problem for you.
2) Let me know the branch of engineering you want to apply for at MIT so that i can tell you whether you are required to take SAT 2 or not.

In order to get admission at this university, you must fulfill the following admission requirements:
1) Have a 4 year undergraduate degree with a minimum percentage of 75% and above.
2) Take the IELTS and score a minimum score of 6.5 with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
