If you are high achiever in graduation, go for MBA from prime institutes like IIMs. There are now more institutes in different parts of the country, and the ministry of HRD has recently asked the prominent institutions to double the intake. The MS program in MIS offered by UTA is a 33 credits programs (non thesis) and therefore can be completed in two years. If you can take 11 credits in one semester then you may complete the program in 1.5 years. Work experience (2 years) is recommended for admissions to this program. In case you are a fresher, the program might be competitive for you. Hope this helps!

Being a fresher you should look for Masters programs instead of MBA programs. Further, being a fresher in engineering field it is recommended that you opt a technical Masters program instead of management focused programs. I am assuming getting relevant jobs is your priority here and you do not intend to start your own business immediately after completing your UG studies. After three four years of technical job experience you may explore MBA options. Alternatively, secure a job after your UG and work for 4-5 years and then apply for an MBA program. I hope this helps!
