If you are going for a UG course, you must get LOR from your counselor or principal. If you are going for a PG course, you must try taking an LOR from your UG college's head of department, or your employer if you have worked. Having a strong LOR is a great addition to the profile.

IIM Calcutta and Birla Institute of Business Studies are the best institutions in Calcutta. IIM Calcutta may have a higher cut of score but this differs every year according to the test result. The percentile score is tricky, that you should have very high individual percentile scores on quantitative, logical reasoning and data interpretation and a reasonably above average score in Verbal ability can get you a call for interview. Maybe the cut-off may vary every year depending on the performance of test population, but normally for IIM Calcutta, you may need between 95 to 98 percentile except for verbal reasoning. Most of the good inst

Scope is good, MS Management programs are meant for students with limited or no work experience. So, you cannot expect to land up with a higher management role immediately. Having said that, prospects are really good and employer do look for fresh graduates ready to adapt, with flexibility and zeal to learn. London is difficult with stiff work permit options for international students. Canada is more preferred now due to the post study work options.
Best Wishes.

It depends upon your B-school preference, both the exams are unique and considered important. If you're targeting NMIMS (Mumbai and other campuses), XIMB, Amity University, etc., then you need to give the NMAT exam. If you're targeting colleges like Somaiya, Sydenham, Great Lakes, GIM, etc. then you should give CMAT. Both the exams deal with English, mathematics, and Logical Reasoning, CMAT also includes GK. NMAT includes no negative marking (+3, 0), whereas CMAT does (+4, -1). You can give NMAT thrice, while CMAT is held only on 2 days I.e. 28 & 29th Jan 2017. So, compare the features of these exams and take a call.

A Masters degree is preferred over Diploma. Still you need to pursue a minimum of 8 months course in Canada to be eligible for Post Graduation Work Permit. Also, the duration of the post graduation work permit will depend on the length of your course in Canada. The universities will provide all the assistance in finding you a job, still everything will depend on your networking ability and pro-activeness. You can do a MS. You must see that your B.Tech grades are more than 75% to be considered. Take GRE and IELTS. Since Germany is extremely competitive I am suggesting you GRE or GATE, Canadian universities are also very selective, check the university websites for GRE requirement. Not all of them requires a GRE score. Practically speaking entry requirements are different so please visit the university websites for details.
