If you do not have financial issues, the college life is really cool. Anyone can pass out and secure placement for himself with average efforts.
If financial issues are there, then instead of paying the huge fees go for Rizvi Atharva college which are comparatively affordable in terms of yearly fee structure. (Thakurs fees is more than any other college,but facilities and placement cell takes encouraging efforts for the aspirants).
My opinion for the aspirants with financial problems -
If you are able to get admission using the TFWS scheme/ Caste related offers it's the best option, else never depend on the loans and repaying back option as the IT industry market is becoming very risky due to lots of things getting automated and the job seekers will face challenges for sure and the survival of the existing laborers is also not that cool due to the Artificial Intelligence algorithms taking away the routine jobs which freshers used to chill for the initial 2years. The fee structure of engineering colleges also increases every year. So, let the passionate guys pursue and take the risk / challenges. Alternative - is to build a career with distinctive scores in BSc.It, etc short period courses and look for a job/freelance your skills join a start up to prove your expertise in any particular skill.

No, you can not pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. ) course without paying any fees. According to university rules, you will have to pay some amount of fees at every college, irrespective of your score in any entrance exam or your class 12th score.
