With 138 marks, you have very few chances to get into any private medical college for MBBS in Uttar Pradesh. According to the previous year's cutoff data, you may have some chance of getting admission to the Career Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Lucknow. Otherwise, you can apply to private dental colleges in Lucknow, such as Babu Banarasi Das College of Dental Sciences, Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences, and Saraswati Dental College, for a BDS degree. You may also get KD Dental College of Mathura and Shree Bankey Bihar Dental College and Research Centre of Ghaziabad.

If you have fail in any subject then you can not take admission in the ahead career. So, first clear all the subject in the 12th class and then think about the ahead career. There is a lot of option available after completing the 12th class. So, I advise you to first complete the 12th class. Since good companies like in consultancy domain or Investment Banking always check if you have a good background in academics right from your class Xth. However, you can reduce your effect of your class XIIth with your increased scores in graduation and winning some major competition.

Regarding your admission in Government agriculture college, there is still a chance for your admission, as you can perform better in the entrance exam of the college, then your marks in 12th will not matter. But if you want to get admission in government agriculture college via 12th percentage, then there are less chances of your admission.
