Hi,
B.Tech is the best course because it is a 4-year professional course and it has more value than MCA. B.Tech has more demand than MCA, but if you did BCA+MCA then there would be no difference between B.Tech and MCA. But, I would always suggest you to go for B.Tech. I hope you understand why B.Tech is preferable. Remember, B.Tech is a fully technical course with more value.

As you are a BBA graduate, the best option for you is MBA because you are already a business administration graduate, so you know all the basics already. You can go for specialization in international business as it has lot of scope and you will find it really interesting.
If you want to make your career in fashion designing, then this is also a good option for you.

For getting into SIOM you first need to appear for SNAP. If you have taken the exam it's good now you have to apply for SIOM. The preparation is normal for all the colleges apart from general preparation you also have to be good in subjects which you are pursuing in graduation because in interview round you may be asked about your subjects and apart from that general knowledge and communication skills will get tested in second round of selection.
