For all those students who study in Uttar Pradesh Technical University or popularly known as UPTU, here is some good news. The university has a scholarship scheme in which you can get a scholarship to pay for your college fee. Scholarship is given by the UP Samaj Kaylan Vibhag. However, not every student is eligible for it and there are few guidelines are needed to be followed to get the scholarship.
UPTU scholarship eligibility
All the students whose parents annual income is below 2 lakh rupees can apply for the scholarship. Management quota students or students with direct admission are not eligible for the scholarship. A student need to submit all the documents required during the process. Students whose parents have government job are not entitled for the scholarship. The student and his parents should be living in Uttar Pradesh for last 10 years. A student can apply only once in a year for the scholarship. Although, he can apply in next year of his course. The fee waiver students are not applicable for this scheme. The student should have his own bank account.
Required documents
Identity proof of the student. It can be a Voter ID card, ration card, aadhaar card, etc. Address proof of the student. It can be an electricity bill, ration card, water bill, etc. Income certificate of the parents. It should be below 2 lakhs per annum. Address proof or a certificate showing you are living in UP for last ten years.

5. Pondicherry University (you need to score above 75 percentile in CAT).
If you cannot compete and score well. You can get admission in many colleges across India, but you won't get good placement. To get good placement, you need to make yourself eligible for that. Good things cannot be bought, it has to be earned through hard work, dedication and perseverance.
