Computer Engineering requires a strong hold on 2 subjects - Computers and Mathematics. From the details you've provided, I see that you're good in Mathematics, but can improve. Therefore, you can opt for Computer Engineering.
But your overall percentage being low, you might face trouble during placements, as most companies demand atleast 65 percent throughout your 10th, 12th and engineering. You can take admission for B.Tech through lateral entry. Diploma holders in any stream are eligible to take admission, in the second year of the course. They must have done their Diploma after class 10th (3 year) with min 50% or after class 12th (2 year) and they need to qualify LEET.
