Computer Engineering requires a strong hold on 2 subjects - Computers and Mathematics. From the details you've provided, I see that you're good in Mathematics, but can improve. Therefore, you can opt for Computer Engineering.
But your overall percentage being low, you might face trouble during placements, as most companies demand atleast 65 percent throughout your 10th, 12th and engineering. So, you have to choose whether to opt for Computer Engineering or any other course or appear for improvement examination to improve your 12th board scores.

You can take admission for B.Tech through lateral entry. Diploma holders in any stream are eligible to take admission, in the second year of the course. They must have done their Diploma after class 10th (3 year) with min 50% or after class 12th (2 year) and they need to qualify LEET. Various engineering colleges in India also offer direct admission to Diploma holders in second year of the course and in reputed institutes, after completing Diploma student gets entry in second year of B.Tech through LEET. To get into civil engineering, you have 2 options. Either, you can go for Diploma after class 10th or UG, and then post-graduation. To get admission in a graduate program, you need to crack IIT-JEE Mains or other engineering entrance exams.
As a civil engineer, you need to have skills of planning, designing and supervising the construction of different buildings. You need to have a good knowledge of mathematics and science.
