Honestly ya, they do guide personally. Like in my case, during internships & projects I was literally asking doubts every 2 days  and they didn't make it weird. They actually sit and help you figure stuff instead of just saying “manage yourself.”

Even for future plans, some of us were talking about higher studies & switching domains, and faculty actually gave proper direction instead of those generic “all the best” types. Felt more like mentorship than just normal teaching.

So ya in GIBS you're not just left to survive on your own. They make sure you know what you're doing and where you're going.

Yes, at GIBS Bangalore, the faculty often give practical examples from real companies and industries while teaching. They don't just explain theory from books, but also share real business situations, case studies, and recent industry events. This helps students understand how concepts work in the real world and makes learning more interesting.

Many teachers also include live projects and guest talks so we can see how business works outside the classroom. Overall, the teaching at GIBS is very practical and helps students connect theory with real industry experience.

At GIBS Bangalore, industry exposure happens quite regularly, not just once in a year.

Students get corporate talks and guest lectures often, sometimes every few weeks, where working professionals come to campus and share real-world experience. Industry visits are planned multiple times in a semester, so students actually get to see how companies function.

Alumni sessions also happen from time to time, where past students come back, talk about their careers, and guide current students.

Overall, GIBS keeps students constantly connected with the industry through regular talks, visits, and interactions.
