Hi Shiva,
TISS is one of the reputed institutes for Media and Cultural studies. If you are getting an opportunity to pursue the course from TISS, then I think you shouldn't let the opportunity go.
For placements, I would like to say that no institute can guarantee a placement, the institute can only bring the organizations for recruitment but the interview depends on the students caliber.

Kendriya Hindi Sanstahn is not under the purview of AICTE as it is not a technical course.It is a UGC recognised and approved course . But the praveen course is applicable to Non Hindi Speaking states like AP which has a branch In Nallakunta.
Some of the other courses offered by the same are
Hindi Shikshan Nishant (M.Ed. Equivalent)
Hindi Shikshan Parangat (B.Ed. Equivalent)

Hi Dr kriti, You go to any country other than India you will first have to attain registration with the respective council, write the exams. Only after registration will you be able to pursue any clinical course else you will have to go for non clinical programs like oral hygiene and public health courses at masters level. As far as validity is concerned when you come back to India you will again not be able to practise unless you clear the relevant registration exams here in India.
