On an average, atleast 75% and above are required in UG by Canadian Universities for majority of master courses offered by them. In some cases for engineering courses, minimum 78% is required. It depends from university to university and course to course, however, you should keep a minimum picture of 75% in your mind.

First of all I would like to update you that, you can do your MBA only after completing your Bachelor's degree. As far as study material is concerned there are several books available in the market to prepare for various Entrance Examinations like CAT, XAT etc., you can look for books published by R.S. Aggarwal & Galgotia. Apart from this I would suggest that to strengthen your fundamentals you should go through your school books from eighth class onwards.

Its good that you have Chosen your MBA specialization in Retail management as I know that Retail as to really boom in India with bigger players like Walmart and Reliance Retail coming for recruitments and offering good packages.
I would suggest that you should go for a course which makes you more industry prepared or increase your probability of placements. For example I am a student at the Delhi Business School and Pursuing a MBA dual degree in Finance and Marketing.

Since you have no experience in management, the best option for you is a General MBA as it would expose you to what exactly all the management related subjects are about. Moreever, it would give you knowledge about the various fields of business administration and would not focus on one field. It would focus on all specializations like Finance, Marketing, HR., etc and won't focus on 1 specialization.
I would like to inform you that if you are planning to pursue MBA in US or Canada, then it would not be possible due to 2 reasons:
1) You have a 3 year degree whereas most universities in US and Canada require a 4 year degree or equivalen
