Yes you do qualify the requirements as mentioned by the college for the course Regulatory affairs. Please find below the admissions requirements as listed by the college: A Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Health Science, Pharmacy, some areas in Life Sciences or a related field. As you have mentioned about your creative skills, you can definitely look forward to a bright career opportunity, as for the +2 subjects are concerned, you can take up any stream as there is no such constraint in regards to the kind of subjects one should study for a career in animation. This career is more dependent on your creativity primarily and also your innovative thinking.
There are many institutes in India which are offering different types of courses in Animation from the diploma courses to degree programs. To know about these courses, I would suggest you to refer the following link:

As for now, I would only suggest you to achieve good score in your 10th and take up the stream of your interest and based on which you can opt for animation courses after the completion of your 12th.

With these academic credentials and GRE score, it is almost impossible to get admission in a decent university in USA for Masters in networking course. There are many universities in USA(specifically top universities) that offer masters in networking course or masters in CS with networking specialization but all require good academic credentials. In your case, your academic percentage is low, as well as GRE score is low. Since money is not a problem for you, it is highly recommended that you study hard for the GRE, take the test again, score above 1300-1400, and then apply to universities in US. This way, you would get admission in a decent university, and you would secure your career as well :)
