MBA by definition is a generic degree. I have been discussing the genesis of specialization in MBA with various authorities - including government, regulators and educators - but have not found a conclusive answer. I think that specializations exist because other degrees like Engineering offers specialization; frankly, it does not make sense to me. However, many government jobs these days look for specialization in an MBA (not PGDM).
Coming back to your question. You must realize that many jobs do not link with the apparent specialization. For example, most banking profiles offered to freshers have more requirement of operations and personal relations than banking or finance.
I would recommend the following approach. Visit payscale.com (or similar websites), and see what kind of jobs are available for someone of your profile. Then, get more info on the job of your linking and then choose a specialization.

To be eligible for lateral B.Tech course after completing diploma in Computer engineering, you need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the diploma course. You need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
