For XAT, they take more than 85-90 %ile. All the calls are basically profile based, so if a person has good marks consistently from 10th to graduation with good work ex can apply.
But with your percentile i don't think you can get a call. I would suggest you to sit for MAT and then apply if you get more than 97%ile there which is pretty easy to score.

1) To pursue B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical engineering :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- Your age must be between 17-23 years.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.
