Definitely. Infact good b-schools prefer candidates with some work ex. Your work experience contributes to 5% weightage during admission process. And your percentages in graduation and 12th are also fine. Now, you should prepare well for management admission tests like CAT, or MAT, XAT, CMAT. Try to get good percentile in it.
