Firstly, think about weak areas in which you need more practice select your good and bad topics in every subject physics, chemistry, maths, etc. Then, try to give time to each subject every day and do revision on the weekend for whatever you read in the entire week. Try to solve previous year question papers on every weekend so that you can be aware about your level and your weak areas. Don't overload yourself and no need to be stressed. Do 15 minutes of meditation every day in morning and evening. It will help you in proper concentration. According to me, start your study at 4 in the morning and try to clear your concepts and read till 7. Then, do meditation after 2 hours again ready for study till 12 pm. Then take rest for 2 hrs. Then back to your target till 5 pm.
