Hi,
Well first of all I would suggest that after completing MBA, you should definitely work for 4-5 years and then opt for any further studies.
Now coming to which course to pursue after MBA, well if you have HR as your specialization during your MBA, then you should opt for 'Diploma in Labour Law", as this will further enhance your knowledge in HR field.
I would suggest before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

Hi,
Its good to know that you wish pursue MBA, its a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management, etc.
Well if you wish to build your career exclusively in Hospitality or Hotel industry only, so in that case MBA in hospitality would be a good option for you. Where as if you wish to keep your options open for other sectors as well then MBA in HR or Marketing would be a good option for you.
