Hi NS Doshi, if you have completed 16 (12+4) years of education you can apply for direct admission into a Master degree course at Canada. I would further like to add normally Master degree courses in Canada are research based with few courses having taught based option. Admission to Master degree course is competitive and required First Class/ Distinction in Bachelor degree. If you have completed 15 (12+3) years of education you can opt for either Diploma, Graduate Diploma or second Bachelor degree course (with exemption based on your current Bachelor degree). After clearing the MBA entrance exams, the next important step is to clear Group discussion and Personal interview rounds.
Find below some tips for Group discussion:
In most of the good colleges GDs are held on current topics related to sports, economics, business etc, so you need to be aware of all the latest current affairs, for this you should read news papers and magazines.
GD is a team activity, so while participating you should express your views very clearly at the same time you also should give chance to others members in team to speak.
It is always advisable to take initiative and speak first if you know about the topic, but if you are not aware of the topic you should listen to others first and then speak.
As soon as you get to know the topic don't immediately start the discussion take 1-2 minutes time, jort down the points and then speak.
While speaking in GD your tone should not be aggressive, it should be polite and humble.
When the discussion is over, it would be good if you give the final conclusion on behalf of the group.
To do well in interview, please keep in mind the following tips:
Be comfortable.
Listen attentively.
Avoid nervous mannerisms.
Speak clearly.
Be positive and enthusiastic.
While giving answers to questions:
Be Concise.
Provide Examples.

Well the most suitable answer to why MBA in an interview has to be linked with the kind of personality that you are and the match between your personality and the kind of personality an effective manager should possess.
The aim of interviewer is to assess your career goals i.e. long term career goal and short term career goal and clarity of thought and logic.
Please remember there cannot be a generic answer to this question, because the goal after completing MBA for a fresher and experienced person would be different. So you need to answer " Why MBA" question with an explanation on your career goal that is what you aim to be in long term and in short term.
