DU is Delhi University. It is regarded and counted as one of the top most Universities in India and also one of the most reputed ones.
Every year DU grants admissions to the 12th pass outs on the basis of the merit of their 12th board marks.
So, as you have scored 70% aggregate, let me guess that your best of 4 is obviously more than 70%.
Still keeping in mind the level of competition we have to see these days, even 90 percenters are facing problems in getting admissions in the top DU colleges.
However, do not lose hope. DU gives out 3 cut off lists. So, you take whichever colleges you are getting in your 1st cut off list, and then wait for any better opportunity to come your way.

Depends on what kind of AJEE prep candidate you consider yourself to be. If you are the Top 100 material, you need to get a stable coaching that has intelligent faculty member for each subject. Ones who can bring out the love of Science and method of questioning things, while expecting the maximum from you and pushing you to the limits. Such faculty can be found at Bansal, Resonance, Vibrant, and Allen. You need standard material and great books. If you are a Top 1000 material, you need good teachers who can resolve your doubts. For 90% of the course material, you won't need someone. But the rest tough 10% can nag you enough that you get tired or depressed if they are not resolved. Such facility can be found in Allen and other caring coaching like Motion. You need timely syllabus completion and least ruckus in class. If you are a Top 10000 material, you are most probably awesome in one subject-average in other two or you are good in two-average in one. Such models require great teachers. Reputed teachers of Kotak will inspire you to keep doing good in the subjects you are strong out of Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics. The coaching might be a new one like Nucleus- HOME or an established ones on Road number 1. You should balance between greatness of faculty and stability of the coaching. In new coaching there will be an advantage of getting a discount if you are performing good in current coaching or based on 10th marks.
