You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.

Master in Business Administration (MBA) is two years degree course in the field of management. In India MBA degree can be awarded by any recognised university or by a Business School affiliated to any university. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two years diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.

Both places are good for B.Tech. In Delhi, the best colleges are Delhi College of Engineering, IP University, Amity University, Subhash Chandra Institute of Technology and MAIT.

Admissions without JEE Mains or CET are possible, but very few seats in very few colleges are normally filled like this, which are cheap. But, you need to have outstanding class 12th result. However, if you are willing to pay little more, than management quota seats are available.

I think she/he is right actually IB is a such a course for which you should have good amount of knowledge, highly facilities college as well as reputed for the same course, because there is difference between average score with average college and high score and reputed college. If you wait for CAT exams, then you will get more chance for the college selection as per your choice.
