Yes, 3 years Diploma from a state board will make you eligible to appear for DTU LEET examination of 2019. There of course some other criteria like minimum and maximum age that normally any normal student will be able to meet. For jobs after 12th, it is good to go for graduation. For jobs, graduation is the minimum requirement. Therefore, in my view one should opt for a graduation course. Based on interest of an individual one should take the course. If you look at good job opportunities in government or private sector minimum 60% is the requirement.
