CA is a professional course and first u have to pass 10+2 after that u have to register at ICAI in that there is a 3 stages for CA. first entance, second u have to pass 6 papers of intermediate which is called IPCC, after that u have to do 42 month trainng under any CA last but not least u are final where u have to pass 8 papers.
for the fees of concern ICAI have nominal fees but u have to take coachings for CA subject which take money.

Well sure you can, however it depends on your subects and also on your eligibillity. To study engineering, you need a minimum of 60% in 12th with compulsory subjects studied as Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

Construction management is good for those Students which have done B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch as these Courses totally based on Construction Sector and also mostly colleges prefers students of only these branches . as if you done BA there is Seriously no use for you to do MBA in Construction management neither you prefer by any of the company for placement better for you is to go for some other branches of MBA.
