There are many BCA colleges in India and these may differ from one another as per the eligibility criteria. Although the preference is always for the one who studied Maths in +2 level if looking for a regular mode, but then you can also look for Distance BCA where in the basic eligibility required is a 12th pass.

2. With job in hand, you can always look for part time studies. The eligibility criteria for the admission to the part time course in LLB:

It is good if you want to do MBA, but I suggest that in your pursuance for MBA please do NOT forget the technicalities of your engg studies. Since you will be an IT Engineer soon, that would be a good basis of your career (unless you want to change it altogether). So for MBA choose a subject which would enhance & utilize your Engg knowledge as well. If you can work for couple of years in between to gain practical experience before going for MBA it might serve you better. For MBA you can take IT Infrastructure as your subject.
