Hi! There are many good institutes in Delhi / NCR which will give you great career options following your 12th. A nice choice would be the SNU (Shiv Nadar University), which offers you a multidisciplinary course curriculum (such as Majors in Business and Minors in Social Sciences ) that greatly maximize your career range. You can look these up and more information on www.snu.edu.in.

For a regular study experience, there is never an alternative. But if we miss an opportunity, we should not be disheartened and we should go for the next best.job is the first criterion and if we are in a job, we should not do any thing at the expense of job.Naturally, Distance Study is the option.

It is good if you want to do MBA, but I suggest that in your pursuance for MBA please do NOT forget the technicalities of your engg studies. Since you will be an IT Engineer soon, that would be a good basis of your career (unless you want to change it altogether). So for MBA choose a subject which would enhance & utilize your Engg knowledge as well. If you can work for couple of years in between to gain practical experience before going for MBA it might serve you better. For MBA you can take IT Infrastructure as your subject.
