Hi Dear,
The curriculum of BE and BTech are same.
Universities which were offering only Engineering Courses only, call their degrees as BE ( Bachlor in Engineering).
Universities which offer other courses along with Engineering call their degrees as BTech ( Bachlor in Technology).
Wish you all the best.

The difference of taking any degree in India and abroad is the value of education in terms of its application. Just to highlight it how, 400 P.hd holders in India are applying for the job of a peon. 70% of engineers today are unemployable.
While IITs and IIMs prepare you well but these are handfuls. On the other hand a degree like M.tech from abroad if chosen wisely will change the whole outlook and approach towards learning because you research, work hard on originality of your assignment, take internships and network directly with the industrialists to present your ideas. So you definitely prepare for life.
Choose the best for you.

Dear Himanshu,
I can't say about placements of Taxila business school-Jaipur as I did my MBA from Lovely Professional University,Punjab.Overall, my experience at the LPU has been delightful thus far. I look forward to explore more and ensure that I avail all the benefits provided to us.
As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in.
I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to
