The curriculum of BE and BTech are same.
Universities which were offering only Engineering Courses only, call their degrees as BE ( Bachlor in Engineering).
Universities which offer other courses along with Engineering call their degrees as BTech ( Bachlor in Technology).

While IITs and IIMs prepare you well but these are handfuls. On the other hand a degree like M.tech from abroad if chosen wisely will change the whole outlook and approach towards learning because you research, work hard on originality of your assignment, take internships and network directly with the industrialists to present your ideas. So you definitely prepare for life.

You need to identify such institutes that offer such courses and then based on factors like location, reputations ,fees,campus placement opportunity short list some of them & check on their admission process.Most of such colleges also have management quota .You could visit their websites and explore admission on management quota by paying capitation fees.

I can't say about placements of Taxila business school-Jaipur as I did my MBA from Lovely Professional University,Punjab.Overall, my experience at the LPU has been delightful thus far. I look forward to explore more and ensure that I avail all the benefits provided to us.
As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in.
I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to

Better u go for B.TECH(CSE).Its 4yr degree course & lot of oppurtunities in IT as compared to BCA.U can get good placement after B.TECH(CSE).
