Electronic and Communications engineering and Computer Science Engineering are two very different branches
In ECE a student is desired to develop competence in areas like Signal Processing, Communication systems, VLSI Design, Embedded systems etc.
Where as a computer science engineer is desired to develop competence in areas like Programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing .
Some IT/CSE companies are known to hire ECE grads for role of a cse engineer.

Diploma in tool and die making could be considered as a average option. Considering you will get successfully placed then your salary would be some where between 2-3 lakhs/pa. Maximum what you will achieve after 4-5 years of working experience would be 6 Lakhs/pa.
As per my belief if you have an option go for a graduation course in tool and die making. You may want to apply at Central University, Lovely Professional University etc. Always Look for a place where you will get good placement.

Well, as you know you won't be able to explain anything without a reason, which you will be able if you study science. Science has no end or it cannot be divided into stream, but it depends on you that where you want to see yourself working. Like, you can go for research and development department or NDT.

Hi Avyesh, admission requirements vary. Typically you must first complete your bachelor degree before pursuing medical studies. There is no direct medical studies unlike in India.
